Tyler Fogarty has been working in real estate for more than 16 years and has participated in over 2,000 real estate transactions throughout Knoxville and East Tennessee. Erika Stafford brings international perspective and strong organizational skills to the Fox & Fogarty team. Having spent much of her childhood between West Point, New York and Germany, Erika developed an appreciation for different cultures and communities at an early age.
After moving to Knoxville in 2010, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. She later traveled to 13 countries before deciding to permanently settle in Knoxville and pursue a career in real estate.
Erika now lives in Knoxville with her husband Kyle and their daughter Stella. In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, she serves as the office manager for Fox & Fogarty and keeps the team operating efficiently.
Outside of work, Erika enjoys fitness, paddle boarding, running, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Nadany Neuhaus
Transaction Coordinator
Nadany Neuhaus is a Knoxville native and University of Tennessee graduate who returned home after living in Asheville, North Carolina for several years. After welcoming her daughter Grayson in 2021, Nadany and her family decided Knoxville was the perfect place to put down roots again.
As the Fox & Fogarty transaction coordinator, Nadany helps ensure every deal moves smoothly from contract to closing. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills help keep clients and agents informed throughout the entire process.
Nadany enjoys design, home renovation projects, music, and exploring Knoxville’s evolving food scene with her husband Eric.
Rebecca Smith
Administrative Assistant
Rebecca Smith has been an important part of the Fox & Fogarty team since 2012. While she plays a key role in administrative support and bookkeeping for the brokerage, Rebecca’s greatest passion remains her family.
She and her husband enjoy raising their children Kennedy and Barrett and spending time with their extended family. The Smith family is also very active in their church and, like many Knoxville families, enjoys cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.
Marshall Smith
Field Service Manager
Marshall Smith was born and raised in Knoxville and plays an important behind-the-scenes role at Fox & Fogarty. As the Field Service Manager, Marshall handles many of the day-to-day tasks that keep listings, showings, and property preparation running smoothly.
